Order Processing

All orders are shipped within one business day. Add additional time for weekends and holidays. We ship USPS Priority mail for all USA addresses. If your order total is for less than $50.00, the shipping charge is $4.75. For orders of $50.00 or more, the shipping is free.  Delivery time for priority mail is 2-3 days. A 6.5% sales tax applies to Minnesota residents only.  For international orders, we charge a flat rate shipping of only $16.50 per order. Time of delivery for international shipments range from 5-10 days, depending on location.

We normally charge your credit card shortly before your order ships out.

 

What if I want to pay by check or money order?

 

We do accept checks and money orders as payment on phone orders. We will not ship an order until your funds have cleared our bank. For more information, just give us a call at 1-218-732-5310. We will be happy to take your order over the phone.

How do I know about the status of my order?

When you place an online order with us you will receive two emails. The first will confirm your order. The second email will inform you that your order has been shipped. Once you receive the second email, you can expect all orders of 20 or less items that are shipped USPS Priority Mail to be in your mail box within 2-3 days. Bulk orders of 21+ items will take slightly longer to arrive.

How do I return an item?

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item - returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside shipping label will be returned to sender .

Items must be returned in saleable condition.  If goods are received in damaged condition as a result of shipping it is best to refuse the package. This is not always practical and it is very rare that an entire shipment is ruined because of careless handling by the carrier. Damaged or defective goods may be exchanged or replacements supplied at no cost to you. In all cases, obtain an RMA before returning any item to the Leatherman Tool Outlet - note that items returned to us without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

How do I obtain warranty work on my Leatherman tool?

The warranty on your new Leatherman multi-tool is provided by the Leatherman Tool Group. In general, if within 25 years from date of purchase you find any defect in material or workmanship with your Leatherman product, return it to Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. for repair.
